Founded in Valencia in 1985, IFS emerged to offer quality logistic services to the professionals in the sector; the freight forwarders, differentiating itself by its neutrality.
In 1995, the first foreign office was opened in Veracruz, Mexico. Competitive as it is, IFS Mexico now counts with offices in prominent cities: Veracruz, Mexico City, Monterrey, Guadalajara, Manzanillo, Altamira and Queretaro.

IFS then continued to consolidate its worldwide presence, establishing itself in the United States in 1997. Its Miami office and warehouse, located in a highly strategic spot, positioned IFS as one of the most significant logistic hubs in the southeastern of the United States.
In 1998, IFS opened in Portugal with two offices in the region of Porto and also in Lisbon, developing key businesses on the Atlantic coast.

Later on in 2011, IFS takes a significant step by introducing IFS Morocco, and 2015, OE Shipping Lines in Algeria in 2015, which in 2023 becomes IFS Algeria, building a strong presence in North Africa with 5 offices in Casablanca, Tangier, Algiers, Oran and Bejaïa.

Continuing its line of growth, in 2019, IFS joins forces with MSL Corporate, a leading company in the Latin American market. As a result today we are part of MSL Group, a group with more than 2500 members and more than 82 offices strategically located in 34 countries. This allowed IFS to strengthen operations and become part of the first Neutral Logistics Operator (NLO) with global reach, offering the most varied and complete end-to-end logistics solutions.
