Founded in Valencia in 1985, IFS emerged to offer quality logistic services to the professionals in the sector; the freight forwarders, differentiating itself by its neutrality.
In 1995, the first foreign office was opened in Veracruz, Mexico. Competitive as it is, IFS Mexico now counts with offices in prominent cities: Veracruz, Mexico City, Monterrey, Guadalajara, Manzanillo, Altamira, Queretaro.
IFS then continued to consolidate its worldwide presence, establishing itself in the United States in 1997. Its Miami office and warehouse, located in a highly strategic spot, positioned IFS as one of the most significant logistic hubs in the southwest of the United States.
In 1998, IFS opened in Portugal with two offices in the region of Porto and in Lisbon, developing key businesses on the Atlantic coast.
Later on in 2011, IFS takes a significant step by introducing IFS Morocco, and Oe Shipping Lines in Algeria in 2015, building a strong presence in North Africa with 4 offices in Casablanca, Tangier, Algiers, and Oran.
IFS then expands to France in 2018, serving today from Marseille and Paris.
In 2019, IFS joins forces with MSL Group, leader in the Latin American market. As a result, IFS becomes part of a group with more than 2500 team members, in more than 70 offices in 30 countries. This allowed IFS to strengthen operations, and be part of the first Neutral Logistics Operator (NLO), offering the most varied and comprehensive logistics solutions.
